The total AD display when you buy Sterak's Gage is bugged

For some reason the Display of your total AD decreases when you buy Sterak's Gage. When looking at it at a glance it displays a lower number than when you hover it and add the bonus + base AD.

Your actual total AD is not less than what it should be but the display is bugged for some reason
