EMOTES AND ROTATING GAME MODE FOR CUSTOMS!!!!!

Riot please let us use our precious emotes in custom games.AND MOST OF ALL, for your great custom players who like having fun with groups of friends everyday we would like to play the rotating game modes in customs! (i swear we were able to do it once before if I'm not mistaken) If i could have some support from my fellow custom league gamers to get this across to riot much would be appreciated! <3 MUCH LOVE
