I feel as if T aliyahs Early game is suffering due to the Rylais Nerf, her Early game was already suffering greatly Any champion you feel has to be pushed into a One trick Pony should really be looked at I mean you nerfed her into the ground because Her ult had potential in a team fight I just ghosted After Camillia and Flashed And ulted attempting to chase down Camille with Rylais on taliyah being able to fire it every .5 seconds and I landed almost every shot and I still couldn't slow her down enough for my team to do a single thing.
