Akali still has instant damage too now and true invis? But katarina still has delays?

Literally every game I am in that I play Katarina, I am against another assassin who has more damage than me all game, and instant damage. At least like remove cast time of kats e, or dagger drop time. or just change her q to be a consumption and reset her e on consumed targets. Something. She feels so weak rn. Its sad, a super fun champion turned to like, a champion that can only win games by chance because all of the other assassins are better. Not fun to me. Like wasn't kat nerfed over and over for being able to kill early levels? but the other assassins can. hmmm. ok. she was more fun pre rework and balance: had instant damage like other assassins and was counterable by cc, just like the assassins now. cmon.
