Changing Runes

I believe players should have a chance to change their runes in game. I'm not sayind at anytime but a one time opportunity when you first spawn in. After you spawn in and before you leave the base players should have an opportunity to change their rune choices. This would allow players to adapt to certain matchups and not be screwed because they forgot to change their runes.
