Timing on Finding Matches

to be honest. League says there will be less than 10 seconds for my matches, however, league needs to fix estimated wait times. This is due to the fact that league estimated a time of less than 10 seconds for ranked que. This did not appear to be the case since I waited over 2 mins. Please fix this
