FPS Drop after tryin everthing ...

Hello i have fps problem so long time and i play lol on 100 fps when game start ... but after some minutes on lane when minions have spawned fps will drop to 50-70 and in fights and after using spells i have 20-50 fps ... I try : Disable GameDVR Uninstal Xbox app from windows Update graphic drivers Reinstal lol

but nothing help me

I upload zip file with logs from Hextech Repair Tool I dont know what next i can do with this ... this is last chance to fix my fps
