Owned Skin Rerolling

So i own a Skin for pretty much every champion in the game, and i even have some skins that ill NEVER EVER use again i even have a few champions where i own every single skin for the champ. YES I have a problem i know this, but who gives a ^%&^* what i want to know is there a future for skin rerolling? if not i have an idea

Allow Players to use the Hextech Crafting System as so...

4 Skins = 1 Random Roll

2 Mega Skins (1350) = 1 Random Roll

1 Legendary Skin = 1 Random Roll

1 Ultimate Skin = 2 Random Champion Rolls (idk)

I Think it would be a cool idea for people not to have dead skins they have become bored of, also giving people incentive to try new Champs
