Matchmaking

Is there something wrong with the system lately? I haven't been in a competitive game in weeks. Every single match i've been in has been a blowout. Not most of them. ALL of them. ALLLLLL OF THEEEEEM. It feels like the system has been changed to purposefully stack lesser skilled players against better ones, and when I say blowout I mean they're on our nexus before 20 minutes with a score of 35 to 5. Or we're on theirs. Can we mix up the teams so we at least get a few of the higher skilled players fighting one another instead of stomping the newbs all day long?
