@Riot Is Tryndamere being looked at for some kind of update?

-Warning- Salty AF Top Lane Rant Ahead

I know that you guys put Tryndamere under the "Skirmisher" class of champion, so he may not get any love for a while (since the next class that's being updated is either Divers or Vanguards), but can we just have a special case for Tryndamere?

He's just unfun to play against as any melee. The problem is not his ultimate, it's his RNG. He is the living embodiment of the 1% crit rune.

If you are melee, you are zoned from CS. Why? Well, Tryndamere has the CHANCE of critting you three times in a row, igniting you, and killing you at level 2. Any good trade that you get on RNJesus (Tryndamere ) is healed up by his manaless sustain from Q.

The a few other champions that have manaless health sustain that go Top Lane are are DrMundo , who is going to be reworked, Vladimir who was reworked,Akali who is up for a full VGU, and is still getting changes soon, and Aatrox who was gutted for having this manaless sustain and is getting updated in the Diver Update.

Yet, if you let him freely scale, he becomes a split pushing monster that is frustrating to deal with.

He is also rather binary in terms of both counterplay and playstyle.

As for playstyle, Tryndamere just split pushes forever. He sits up Top Lane and smacks away at turrets. Just up in the Top Lane. In competitive, he is not a problem to game health, where people can deal with split push to a degree, but in Solo Que, especially Low Elo, Tryndamere is very binary to play against, and play as.

Frankly, I believe champions don't all have to be difficult to play mechanically. However, I believe that all champions should require the same amount of game knowledge and game sense to play. Tryndamere just says, "Split Push all day no matter what."

Of any champion Top Lane, I find this guy the most BS. I would rather fight a Kennen or Jayce who actually need to lane skill shots to get solid poke than fight a champion that can pray to RNGod that he kills me with lucky crits, then split pushes the rest of the game almost mindlessly, as grouping as so detrimental that it is never considered. Trying to bully his "weak early game" is almost impossible as a melee as he has manaless health sustain, and he still scales into a 1v3 monster.

So, will he get some changes in the future, or will let this old relic from the bygone days of RNG in a competitive game stay as he is?
