Unranked Players In My Games

Ok so, I am gold 5, Have been teetering between gold 4 and 5. But as ive been noticing lately. And its actually quite tilting. Ive been getting unranked players in my game. And honestly. Its not fair at all. And It makes it too hard to climb when you get one every 3 games. None of them so know even the basics of how to play. The last game i just had where i was jungle. A wukong (silver 4) was duo with The ashe (unranked) but was still in my game. How is this? Yes my mmr is a little low. Its dropped down to ~silver 1. I feel that there is no reason i should be getting that low if players. This needs to be fixed. Like, I can understand getting matched with players a rank or 2 above and below yours, but unranked? Seriously.
