Fiddlesticks Fear bug has been around forever... Can we please fix this easy bug

When fiddlesticks uses fear right before he dies the champion doesn't become feared for the duration. When I use Zhonya's and fear a champ, then die, I wish my team could utilize that fear instead of it going away.

Riot please fix.......
