CLIENT RANKED STATS, WHERE THEY AT THO?

I'm very curious as too why ranked stats have yet to be implemented into the client yet. I may have missed a discussion post on it or something, but I just cannot seem to find anything about it. I know the devs wanted to get stability in the client first but it's been appearing stable for awhile and stuff like item sets were brought in beforehand.

TL;DR: Any input or information on this would be nice!
