Are programs that allow you to view your skillshot accuracy (etc.) viable?

Not sure if it even exists, but would Riot allow a stat counter? Being able to see my skillshot accuracy as well as other live-updated stats in-game (such as total damage at the time of looking) would be something cool to have, and it doesn't offer any type of advantage other than information that you could use to improve your gameplay. It wouldn't directly affect the game; it would be there to inform the player, and they would have to choose to use it to improve their skills or not.
