Tank Noc top still viable

Not the best I've ever played, but still a decent game. Figured I would give an example game of the build I came up with last season before this became a temporary meta fad in Korea and filtered here in December. Works with xin, noc, shyv, etc. Basically any aa based bruiser/diver. You can adjust which items you complete first based on matchup and how the game goes. For instance -- this game I had plenty of damage to kill teemo, but needed hp to avoid getting poked out as well as in case jax had continued his early top lane focus. The core of this is . I like witt's end over for an mr item because it gives you some nice attack speed and some decent magic damage so you don't just deal physical damage. I choose frozen heart over randuin's because it gives cdr and more armor. This build works great with grasp too. Sub in or for as a jungler.
