How To Fix AFK in RANKED

Riot please could you add a system that doesn't punish you for having an afk (in Ranked). It's extremly frustrating to lose 20 Lp or lose a series just cause someone goes afk, if it is rage quit or internet connection its always as frustrating.

I want to suggest a system that when a player has been afk for 50-60% or more of the game you dont lose any Lp, or that when a player has been afk for 10 minutes the team doesn't lose any Lp. Or the team could lose half of the Lp that they would lose, because players may abuse this system. Ty for reading ;)
