If you pick a champion and dont lock in before the timer it counts as dodging? bullshit just do it like blind pick and if you have a champion selected when the timer goes, JUST LOCK IN THAT CHAMPION INSTEAD OF COUNTING IT AS DODGING now i got 15min to post this for the stupidest queue dodge rito has made me sit through
