Champion Versatility

Why do any new champs or reworked champs have no options as far as ap or ad scaling? Did new people take over on champion development? This game is too repetitive and boring without being able to switch things up and tweak builds. What's gonna keep veterans playing if they're tired of trying hard and just wanna play casually. We know the game in depth. All this knowledge isn't any fun if we aren't allowed to come up with anything new or unique. If y'all changed developers or just trying to shell out champions....lets just stop and bring back dual scaling. Ap cait destroyed;my nukewick destroyed;ap xin destroyed(w nerf); ap sion destroyed; ap attic destroyed; ap rammus destroyed(actually just rammus in general massacred)
