@Meddler I hope mages and generally ap poke and damage is getting looked at next patch

its very difficult to lane any ap poke oriented champion at this point. as a matter of a fact as someone who played for over two seasons this is the first time there are no AD mid laners in the top 22 winrates. at least. according to some website statistics that is.

Manaflow band regen and the instantaneous single-spell Proc bonus damage from aery and scorch is just too reliable.

Losing MR was too big. it was not compensated. losing Armor WAS compensated. every champion besides mid lane mages got More armor. most of them got More armor/health combo than they did with typical runes anyway. MR. well not much to say there.

Increase base MR by ~7 for ranged and ~14 for melee (and that includes AP champs themselves) or reduce locket shield and reintroduced the MR or something. I'd go with the former because it'd be nice to actually lane

yes this is my experience I speak for myself and mid lane is currently ugly at the moment. and the charts speaks themselves because by far the largest discrepency of winrate/playrate is there. its too much to get poked down by any ap damage when the enemy is gonna not use mana like 1/4th of the spells they use

I cannot lane agaisnt a competent Xerath/Lux/Anivia /Malzahar/Corki or even veigar Lux

I took two Xerath Qs even tho I dodged two others. welp. I better eat two god damn biscuits and if I eat one more spell I back. because this is bullshit. and for anyone that downvotes without actually providing non-biased opinion. well you're either someone whos benefiting from this unbalance or you have no bases to your "Experience" "opinion".

The only reason some of these champions don't have north of 59%60% winrate is the fact that its still a messy preseason just like any other. even though someone like sona is getting close there and shes the embodiment of that playstyle that has been allowed by these rune and preseason changes in the bot lane

there is a lot to support this. Xerath and Lux. both mana dependent poke. got their winrates up by 3%

Azir. winrate got slightly lower because he doesn't care about mana nearly as much. even tho hes a poke champion.

Kennen winrate went lower because he doesn't care about mana and hes not an extreme long range poke mage mid lane

Despite getting stronger runes in general. GP also lost massive winrate percentage mid because he sucks vs ap poke and he cannot go into the mana flow band tree compared to others

TLDR: Mana flow band is an issue, Losing MR is an Issue, poke is too reliable because of these two things and the current two keystones, Scorch and the one that Burns every 20 seconds and Aery

I hope this get thoroughly read if at all.
