please lower brands damage and fix his q hitbox

P L E A SE already. his damage is so damn much for how stupid and ridiculous his hitbox is.

i have no idea why he got buffed this update. everyone agrees that he didnt need it but that he was already really good. now hes pure cancer.

you can catch this [[EDITED]] out but he spams w r and u instantly die or if you're tanky u lose so much fucking hp.
