Flash bug

I was playing thresh with hextech flash and around the 5 minute mark after I have used my hex flash, my real came up but the button was grey and couldn't be used. The game lasted 21 minutes and I couldn't use my flash at all. By pressing it there was a message "not ready". I only used my flash once that entire game before it bugged out. Thanks for -19 lp "rIoT gAmEs" Last game in my match history.
