Blue Essence

so, how often is the blue essence store gonna be around, i missed the first time and i have 341k BE and absolutely nothing to spend them on other than name changes. which i have already done a few times and i like my current name. My work schedule has me gone a month at a time so i miss a lot of things while im gone and i was just wondering when or how i can spend my essences
