Lucian Is A Perfect Example Of Riot Bad Balance

We have a champion that is basically played constantly even when weak, for perspective even when he was "weak" he had a 10% play ratio that more than most champions get when the FOTM.

But the second he gets even a slight buff he become super overpowered as hell and is played almost game none stop, hes on literally a 45% play ratio right now, that means on average if you play only two games there will be a Lucian in one, this is not good game desing.

If i told you:

In a car game everyone used the same car. In a shooter game everyone used the same gun. In an RPG everyone used the same sword.

Would you say that was designed well for any of those games? No you wouldn't

So why on earth does riot constantly allow so many of the ADC'S to be picked 24/7 all the time, no champion really should ever get over a 10% play ratio at max if the game was balanced correctly.

Bu nope we get Lee Sin, Lucian, Ezreal, Thresh, Lulu, Caitlyn seen constantly, When was the last time you played a game without atleast one of these champions in it?

In total there are 15 ADC'S to pick from, Lucian has a higher pick ratio than if you add half of them (8) together.

When are we actually going to address this crap, play ratio is as important as win raito, especially when we see the same crap, over and over and over again constantly.

This might be a bias, but I feel like Lucian is the ADC version of Ahri in that he has a similar pattern of weak early, dominating mid, and falls off slightly late which makes him reliable in almost any meta. I mean, there have been times I thought him OP, but I feel like a lot of it comes down to me playing bad against him (mostly as Ashe or Jinx).

Also, I feel like it's not that he's good, it's that every other ADC is crap. Ashe can't crit and lacks any sort of mobility thus is at a huge disadvantage, Kalista requires a Support or someone she can bond with or she doesn't get the attack speed benefit. Graves is now a Jungler, and the last time you seen Sivir was when she got her Victorious skin. I'd love to play Urgot, but his ranges and mana cost make him laughable as an ADC and he's a very mediocre tank if you build him that way. If you're going to do that, Ryze is a better option.

But this logic can be applied to any lane in any circumstance because there will never be any actual balance. One champion is going to shine above the rest hence why the need for nerfs and buffs. However, some are straight up immune because what their kit offers which for Lucian is amazing waveclear, safe poke and a dash on a fairly short cooldown.

Feel free to correct me, it's been a while since I've seen one and most of my matchups have had an Ezreal or Draven in it.

I said the same thing all the time in regards to this game, but no one cares.

If you're playing an RPG, right, and you have two supportive classes: A tank and a healer, right?

If both these classes built the exact same gear, is that a sign of good balancing? No?

Then item 3190 what in the actual item 3107 fuck?
