new jug suggestion

jug is not tank or highly mobility... only reply on AA and or kit to be strong

slow and rely on cc (and teamate) to win... he is not pure tank... he is one of slowest champion! of course! mostly he is ignored by teamfight... make him more hulk-ness similar to amu fat and slow anti-duelist between kinda tank and fighter anti-ad carry anti-duelist low stats but high kit damage... high mobile due to jump and ult need a lot lot lot of ap and health to win anti-duelist similar to swaim... anti-duelist anti-duelist anti-duelist
