Prompt asking "Reason for Dodging"

I am not sure exactly where I heard about this idea, but I think it is an absolutely wonderful one! From a business point of view, I think it would be a wonderful knowledge gainer. Could help gain insight about multiple things:

• If the reason was a specific champion - might lead you toward a possible OP
• If the reason was lobby related - could lead to a report system in the lobby for people trying to trap people into playing other positions, stealing position through pick order, or a lot of other useful additions to the players
