Rigged matchup

Can the match up be fair and not be rigged riot? So how is it fair for the other team to get their roles while our team is never getting their roles, it's unbelievable. This game is so rigged with the match up. Look at my match history, no matter if I do good or not. RIGGED RIOT=RR. Also why is there so many lobby check hacks ppl dodging or not accepting the game? Don't tell me there's no such thing. This game has too many hacks and the forums are spammed with it paid or free versions.
