Masteries on Champions

This is just my opinion as a new player but, with it being very hard to obtain ip at lower elo and lower level in general, it sucks to have to be grinding games all day to buy a few champion shards, assuming that disenchanting them will even give you enough to grant mastery 6/7, i know that it would be flawed to make it easier to get champion shards, but is there a way to make it easier to get blue essence atleast?[zombie-brand-mindblown]
