More often than not, if someone in your game has a higher rank than everyone else, they suck

It makes absolutely no sense to me how a player with a Diamond border and a mastery symbol on his champion can be in a silver/gold ranked game and be completely useless.

The game does NOT change that much season to season. No where close. A player capable of getting diamond should be stomping silver players, not feeding to them. From jungle no less...

How do these cases get this far. At some point in his fall from diamond to silver he should have been perma-banned for boosting. Long before getting in to a game with silvers and golds. I don't believe for a second that the same player who got to diamond is the one now incapable of even being helpful in silver. It makes no sense.

And this seems to happen consistently. If I have a game with all gold/silver borders and one guy is plat/diamond, that guy is the guy who feeds / is generally useless / never where he needs to be / etc...
