Some tips to help you guys

Hey guys - I want to everyone out and provide some tips for ya'll that might help. I've been diamond 4 seasons now, and really just wanted to share with you a couple things that might make the journey a little easier. Playing ranked and climbing for new players or players who can't seem to gain divisions is something I'm passionate about helping.
