Camera Movement Isuues

I'm having an issue with my camera and cursor when playing in game. This problem occurs whether in full-screen mode or not. When I move to the corners of the screen to move the camera on the battlefield there is a half second to a second delay from when my mouse meets the corner of the screen and when the camera actually moves in game. The delay is causing many issues and I die a lot because of the lag in movement. Other than that everything else works great. Does anyone know what the delay is from and how to fix it. Thank you
