In-Game DC problem

So, when I first started out playing league everything ran smoothly. But then the fire nation attacked. My ping would spike to abnormal levels, my game keeps disconnecting late-game, and I've tried to fix this in every way I know how. Anyways I've tried to turn graphics down, use the hextech repair tool, re-install league, and check to see if there was anything wrong with my router. I don't have any dc'ing problems with any other multiplayer games, so does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? Btw how do I paste my LoL logs? I'm pretty sure they'd be helpful in this situation.
