Requiem Magic Damage 250/400/550-247/397/547 While Karthus is channeling, he deals 0.1 damage every 0.1 second.

This buff might make Karthus too strong but I think it'll put Karthus in a good spot. (This can apply grievous wounds so it can counter Soraka and counter basically all spell shields)

No, Karthus, like most AP DPS champions ( Azir AurelionSol Cassiopeia ) Doesn't even use his ult half the time to kill someone. His single target damage is already extremely high, he's in a very good spot right now.
