I need to have a ranty type thing...

Okay, I main support, and I was demoted from Silver 5 on Saturday, and obviously I have been trying to get myself back into Silver and work my way up. I had my promos today, and I have lost all three of them. I'm so annoyed. The first two games we were outplayed a lot, but the teamwork itself in my team was excellent, couldn't fault it, everyone communicated and agreed to take objectives etc, we were just unlucky. But the final game I have just played, I honestly have no idea where to start. Nobody communicated, people kept soloing off by themselves and chasing kills they would never get, intentionally feeding, and I was trying my best to get the team together to at least stay together as 5, rush mid, and take objectives as a group. But nobody listened to me, and of course, I got accused of "flaming" (I never ever flame at anyone in my team, more than anything I try to keep the team together and happy as a support)...and we lost. We got absolutely annihilated and it was embarassing. So now I'm stuck in Bronze. Like, I don't understand how much clearer I can be to my team...teamwork is the main focus of the game right? Idk I guess I'm just frustrated because we could have won the game if people had listened and agreed to play as a team and stay together. I know people will say "welcome to Bronze" but honestly, I had no idea it would be this bad and so hard to get out of. :/ eh just needed a rant.
