Ruined this game.
I was just about to make a post on this item.
Had a Game where Shaco takes it as ONLY AD item, the rest were AP items. He took it ONLY for the passive BS that gives a flat damage. It needs to scale with AD.
SHOULD be 50 + 60% AD
