URF mode suggestion

I think that a big problem of draft pick URF is that some people want to try new champions and play casually and some want to be strong and win. Eventually what happens is that those who want to try new things and tactics get demolished and those who want to win and compete don't get a proper competition. I suggest adding a ranked URF mode that way there will be a better way to differentiate those two types of players and let everyone play the URF game they want.
