Matchmaking

Having an issue leveling up learning league where im pitted against level 30s with full runes and masteries, some even have played ranked games. The issue is im level 21 and i feel like the game is forcing me to go against un winable odds with the level 30s. At any rate geting ready to quit this game cause i feel i cannot grow if its just throwing forced losses at me and not giving me a fair playing field.

Really dunno what im looking for maybe something saying that its broken and im not losing my mind and the game is trying to force a loss on me, at any rate sorry for engrish hope someone can gimmie some insight on this.
