Dynamic Ques: Roles and Pick Order

It is pretty noncompetitive setup, and unfair if meant to be competitive, that I can often be forced into having to first pick top or mid. Equally not cool how it seems RNG is playing a role with these queues (and therefore game before it even starts) as one team could roll their top and mid at the bottom of the order (giving an advantage) while your team could have them at the top.

Just to make things easy to understand, in LCS you are not going to see them pick their mid or top first.... or usually even second.
