Anyone know why people tend to view complaining as more important than winning?

If you've played this game for a while, more or less, you will run into this type of people quite a lot, quite frequently in ranked too..

There are people in this game who would see one small thing their teammates did or or have that they don't like and would end up spending every 2 minutes talking complaining about it to prove a point and then in his/her gameplay, you can clearly see that they have given up trying to win. For example:

Not liking another teammate's item build, dying 1 vs 1 and them complaining you didn't get a gank(at this moment), bot lane support accidentally kill a cs....etc.

There are even people who give up the game right from the start just because things didn't go their way in the slightest. For example, their melee support playing passive until level 2, but he gets poked out level 1 and then complain and give up without even trying to win in ranked. I have even had a game where I had to work with an ADC Yasou, I didn't just give up, I tried to work with what I have, try my best to win and even tried to think of ways that accommodates the playstyle of ADC Yasou, I think that's the mentality people are supposed to have since you can't change others.

Anyway, I'm going to use the most extreme example here. Suppose you have an AD Brand on the team. Instead of spending more time complaining, typing than trying to win. Why not try to create the situations where the AD Brand could have that little usefulness and see if it's enough him to contribute to your team to win? The fact that you have an AD brand is already a fact, you can't change that by screaming at him(if you can change his mind, go for it, but if he's decided, most of the time, you won't change that fact) and typing in chat every 10 seconds. Therefore, what has a higher possibility for you to win your ranked game?

  1. whine none-stop at the AD Brand, causing him to be annoyed and play worst, causing you to play worst from feeling negative and "not trying to think about how to win" and even would cause other players on the team to play worst.

  2. admit you have a stubborn, unwise guy that is trying troll stuff. Keep it to yourself or adjust your playstyle a little bit to accommodate his strengths and avoid situations of his weakness. This may not "feel good to do", but at least it increases your team's chances to win entirely.

The AD Brand example is an extreme one. A lot of the things people complain about is minuscule compared to that. I just fail to realize why people would think "grieving about it and especially giving up the game is more important than winning the game" because, say "your support accidentally killed 1 of your cs". I just don't understand the mentality. And this is "very common in ranked". What's your opinion on this situation?
