Blue essence

Hi riot support! i have question about getting blue essence and leveling up, how i'm supposed to get more blue essence for the next competitive tournament tickets, when i'm level 55 and i get levels pretty slowly, and if i manage to level up couple times and get champion capsule, i still could get like 2 Annie shards, what would give me 180 blue essence and i still would need like 1700 blue essence, so it means i do not have time to get enough blue essence for competitive tickets and i cant go play with my friends, besides if i'm not able to get blue essence fast enough from games and leveling up would take like about 30 games and i would get 2 Warwick shards and 100 blue essence, what means i could get only 280 blue essence for 30 games, that price would not mean nothing and it means if i wanna buy new champ i have to play like 200 games and OR i must use my credit card and buy RP, what would kind of mean that if using my real money to champion is my only rational option, it makes this game (pay to win game)
