Ideas to make fighting against Yasuo a little less horrible experience

Hello. I've got a few ideas that are basically small nerfs (a small buff to compensate might be necessary somewhere else) to make playing against Yasuo feel a bit less horrible:

  • **Gathering Storm (Q stacks) lasts 4 seconds, but the timer starts only after Q is off cooldown. ** Pretty simple change, we've seen something similar with Twisted Fate W before. Yasuo can hold to his 3rd Q for a very long time (and unlike Twisted Fate, he can still autoattack during that time), namely 10 seconds (which is in fact longer than it takes him to charge it up again). With this change he will always have 4 seconds to recast it, no matter how short/long it's cooldown is (which opens more windows of opportunity for his enemies).

  • Wind Wall (W) should make projectiles hit the wall instead of erasing them from existance. _ In other words - make it identical to Braum's E (except not being mounted on a champion), which doesn't destroy projectiles. Some notable differences would include Draven axes bouncing off the wall, Karma's empowered Q doing an AoE field after hitting the wall or Ashe arrow slowing nearby enemies._

  • Last Breath should not be usable on knockups shorter than 0,25 seconds. _ Basically stop Yasuo from making a 1+ seconds CC from abilities that are balanced around being a very brief disruptions. Anivia W, Draven's E, Vi's R on secondary targets, Darius E and other similar abilities._

I believe that those changes wouldn't hit Yasuo too hard (and as I said at start, some small buff could be there to compensate), but would make playing against him much more enjoyable (which would still be hell, but hey).
