How to play with lower skill friends?

I know what I'm asking probably doesn't have an answer but I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to play with friends who are at a lower skill level and have everyone still have fun. I'm a G3-G1 (support main if that's relevant) player but I have a bunch of friends who are all high bronze or low silver. Whenever we try to play together it ends up just being them getting destroyed while I either carry us to victory or can't. Now, truth be told, it is kinda fun for me to dominate when in these games, but my friends always have an awful time. Any advice?

Play ARAM. And that's not sarcasm. The lower stakes and greater flexibility in matchmaking means that you'll all have a better time.

Create a second account and keep it at a lower Tier. Ie, I'm Plat but have accounts in Bronze, Silver, and Gold Specifically for situations like this.
