Regarding having 100% crit chance in light of upcoming changes.

With changes on the PBE there's no way to get 100% critical chance anymore without overcapping by at least 20%

So I quickly thought up this idea as a simple solution: Maybe a new wildcard keystone could solve this. It could convert red elixir to crit chance.
