Dinamic que vs solo que

i didn't create this discussion to cry about solo que but to give some feedback on the problems that i encounter daily with my ranked matches. First of all I'm a eu player and right now i'm in the gold division (so i'm not a pro player) and the major problem i encounter with this new que is the fact that most of the time i'm paired up with 3 or 4 man premades (i don't play with my friends often and i will explain why in a minute), as an eu player being paired up with a 4 man premade team is a really stressful experience, in europe we have many countries and each has it's own language, so playing in a team where all the players are speaking to each other in their native language is just awful, the next problem is that as a solo laner i am being ignored by my team when i am in need of help because premades tend to help only their premades and last the fact that i recieve no infos on what my team want's to do because they communicate with each other via skype. Because lol still uses the mmr system I always have to think twice about playing with my friends, i don't want to ruin my plat friends mmr in case of a lose and i don't want to ruin mine by playing with my silver friends, so even if i always liked the solo que system if you where to remove the mmr system and add a less punishing system (example: -1 lp for every division difference or something) I think all this negative attitude towards the new que system will stop ( I really loved the old solo que and i think the dinamic que is not really adapt to the rank system since alot of weak players are getting boosted by good players). another thought i have is to add a solo que inside the dinamic system, so giving us the possibility to play with and against players that joined the que alone or with only 1 friend, so all you really need to do is to add this feature without the need to add another que, i don't really think anyone really cares if another player reached his same division by playing alone or with a full team but all we do care is to play the way we like to play this game. i'm really sorry about my awful english but i hope i made my message clear.
