@Riot I've suggested this before, but I think Mordekaisers Third Q should apply a brief knockup

I think Mordekaisers third Q should apply a very brief knockup to his target, since he hits with such force. I believe this would go a long way in adding a small amount of conditional CC. Since Mord is no longer the hyper AP lane bully of old days, I think adding this could of a long way for making plays earlier on, and adds a bit of CC for later team fights.
