Fulls stack vs Full pugs.

Instead of having this be low chance, can we please not make it happen at all? Feels so incredibly shitty to lose matches this way.

I know some of you are happy as swine in filth at the prospect of getting freelo. But for the sake of competitveness, can we ensure this doesn't happen at all? I don't care if the chances are low, having to go through this once in every 150 games is once to many.
