Sion is in the same situation as the old sion

No one is playing him after cinderhulk nerf after his shield Nerfs , even i used to main him but after he got his shield nerfed i stopped playing him cause its boring to play with that shield delay he needs a buff seriously , he is countered by every champ with moblity especially in the incoming ad meta things like corki graves or kalista can destroy him really hard cause you know im sure there will be adc laners ....
