I feel like this issue needs to be addressed despite being small (Semi rant)

Why do people q with lower players? As in q'ing with lv 10-20 when they are 30, Despite it beng a norm that doesnt mean i want to lose. I have no issue with losing, but the sole purpose of the game is trying to win. It becomes kind of annoying to see them say "its a norms get over it" I mean its not fair to me, but its also not far to them because they are q'ing with silver-gold players when they still arent there yet. Stop doing that to your "friends"
