I was playing and the enemy was using Azir all he had to do was use his w,q,w and I was dead (we were both level 9) but to the point Azir's soldiers should have a health bar so they can be killed unsted of them just standing there hitting the turret or player well Azir stands out side of there range and the soldier takes no damage 
They can't hit turrets. They can only be sacrificed on them to deal extra damage.
And if Azir puts up a W, don't stand on it. If you actually make an effort to avoid them, he'll get two autos off at best. Three if he uses Q.
Azir is very easy to play against. Pick anything with a gap closer into him and it's gg. The second he uses the q in the laning phase to try to poke you it goes on a 10 second cooldown. That's 10 seconds he can't move his soldiers. If you pick someone like Yasuo, Fizz, Leblanc, Ekko who can just easily charge at him, he can't do anything about it pre 6.
