Can the new clinet NOT randomly reset my stuff?

I lost my rune pages 3 times already, had to make 9 pages from zero and yesterday I lost my emotes for the second time. In Emotes tab in client I have everything set, but in game my wheel is empty. There wasn't even an update, so does it happened? I'm sick of writing about it in bug reports, because it's obviously getting ignored
