Ranked needs a LOT of work!

I LITERALLY have been trying to get into silver this entire season and every single time i get into bronze 1 i lose like 6 in a row and go back down to bronze 2 or 3. I am really getting sick and tired of being a good player that gets the shaft because of bad match-ups and crappy teams. I get trolls, i get feeders, I get people who are playing a champ for the first time. I SHOULD NOT BE PENALIZED for being a good player surrounded by idiots. I want to get out of bronze for the FIRST time. I have won tournaments before. I have almost never get more deaths than I do kills. I usually have the lowest deaths on the team and I still get penalized for trying the hardest. I don't even want to play anymore because I am never going anywhere. I have tried many different positions. I have tried top, bot, mid and jungle. If I go top, bot feeds or mid feeds. If I go bot, our top lane feeds. If I go mid, out jungle feeds my lane. I can never get away with it. I win most of my normal games as well, but the SECOND i touch that Ranked Solo Queue, I instantly lose and get terrible teams. I am getting so over never ever being able to rank up. I know that there are many others suffering through the same things, but I am quickly realizing that trying your hardest just results in people calling you a 'try hard' or get mad at you for being smart (by smart I mean, not going into a fight that is obviously not winable and backing off at the appropriate time and my team thinks I don't know what I am doing because they all died and they blame the first person that isn't dead...) If any of this makes sense, please give some advice or share some insights.
